Depressing Fact of the Day
Tuesday, April 22, 2008
From the Gallup Poll:"Do you think that global warming will pose a serious threat to you or your way of life in your lifetime?"
| Yes | No | |
| 2008 | 40% | 58% |
| 2006 | 35% | 62% |
| 2002 | 33% | 65% |
| 2001 | 31% | 66% |
| 1997 | 25% | 69% |
Well, the trend is in the right direction, but at this rate we'll be under water until there's the political will to do something.
On a happier note, today is the Pennsylvania primary. That is good news, right?

Well if the first one hadn't been so damned awful...

I wonder how this compares to European nations.

You know, I don't have any real information, but if the actual government policies are any indication, Europeans are a lot more concerned about global warming than we are.
