A quick note

I've been using much of my spare time preparing a post on teacher tenure, but it's a bit of a tricky area, so it's taken longer than I expected. In the meantime, I feel required to mention that Paul Ryan's budget proposal is evil. If the Democrats were smart they'd be crucifying the Republicans for even breathing the word "Medicare." If they were smart.
